Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
Our return and refund window covers 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
Return Requirements
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@bestfootbag.com and mail your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift — or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first — the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
